We hire only experienced caregivers — CNAs and HHAs — as W‑2 employees. Every hire passes Level‑2 background screening, reference checks, CPR certification, and an in‑person interview that screens for warmth as carefully as for skill.
Every caregiver is recruited through trusted clinical networks, local referrals, and selective outreach to experienced CNAs and HHAs in Sarasota County. Each candidate completes a Level‑2 background check, reference verification, CPR certification review, and a multi‑stage interview that evaluates both clinical competence and emotional presence. Before entering a home, caregivers complete orientation in our care standards, safety protocols, and documentation. After placement, we stay involved with regular check‑ins and ensure every client is matched with someone whose skills, temperament, and schedule fit the family.
Rates depend on hours, schedule, and the level of care needed. After a brief, no‑cost consultation we share a clear hourly rate and a written care plan. No deposits, no setup fees.
Each situation requiring care is unique; care begins at $35/hr.
Hourly visits typically start at four hours. Overnight shifts run 8–10 hours; 24‑hour care is delivered by a rotating team. We will discuss the right fit for you during our intake call and free in-person consultation.
3 hours of care is our service minimum. Care is usually booked in 3, 4, or 5 hour blocks. Overnight care is scheduled in 8 hour minimums.
